Mindfulness for a calm and happy mind
Would you like to experience the power of mindfulness that everybody is talking about? I regularly give mindfulness introductory days. These are the practice days of the MBSR Mindfulness Training. Maybe also a stepping stone to the mindfulness training itself?
If you have already followed a mindfulness training before and would you like to experience this practice day one more time, then you are also most welcome! I am looking forward to seeing you again.
